For Makers:
Add fragrance oil at 5–25% depending on your desired strength and IFRA guidelines. Stir gently until fully blended and allow to rest 24–48 hours before bottling to improve clarity and scent development. Example: 96 oz base + 32 oz fragrance oil = 1 gallon finished perfume spray (25% fragrance load). Always test each fragrance oil for solubility and IFRA compliance before large-scale production.

For End Users:
Spray directly onto skin or clothing from 6–12 inches away. Apply to pulse points for best results. Avoid eyes and broken skin.
